Maxis/Hotlink Charge to Credit Top Up Service down for Maintenance.24.MAR.2017 PM 17.53
The Maxis Charge to Credit and Direct Top-up Gateway is down for maintenance until further notice! There is an internal system error on the Maxis database system which is not communicating with the PlayOne Asia servers correctly. This is the cause of some troopers not receiving their PlayCash when attempting to top up via Maxis.
All Troopers who have attempted to purchase a PlayCash top-up from Maxis and have NOT received their PlayCash, please send a support ticket to our Customer Support Team via bs.playone.asia/cs. Our customer support team will do the best they can to assist to resolve the problem. In the unlikely event that the BlackShot Customer Support Team cannot resolve this issue, affected players will have to contact MAXIS CUSTOMER SUPPORT directly to apply for a full refund.
Please note that other payment gateways are still operating as normal.
