- Customer Service and Support will be provided to ALL players who have a valid, active account that is not temporarily or permanent blocked, banned or otherwise suspended.
- Tickets sent in via the customer support portal must be in ENGLISH and will be attended in the order that they are received and logged in to the system. Please note that support WILL NOT be provided for ticket submitted in other languages.
- Support will be provided during regular office hours from Monday to Friday from 09:00am-05:00pm (+8GMT). Customer Support will not be available during weekends and public holidays.
- Please note that if WE DO NOT receive a reply within SEVEN working days when providing support, the support ticket will be automatically closed
1. USAGE OF HACK / CHEAT TOOLS1.1 What are hack / cheat tools?
Hack / cheat tools are software programs that alter the original attributes or rightful match result of one's character in the game. This includes third party and/or external programs that enable your character to: -
• Suspend the Game Guard Anti-Hack/Anti-Cheat system
• Have Much Faster Movement Speed (Aka Speed Hack)
• Gain A Lot More EXP and/or BP
• Have A Much Stronger Armor
• Have A Much Higher HP
• Use duplicating loggers
• Use keystroke loggers
• Use any Cheat Engines
• Gain the Mastery Rank in any weapon/skill set or group
We aim to create a fair gameplay environment for the BlackShot Online community. As such, players found using hack / cheat tools will be penalized per Section 5 of this Policy.
1.2 Penalty for using hack / cheat tools
Temporary ban (30 days) from the PlayOne Asia BlackShot while under investigation. During the ban period, there will be no refund or transfer of PlayCash, BP, Weapons, Gears and Packages in the affected account.
If found guilty, penalties applied will range from a temporary block to a PERMANENT BAN without appeal from BlackShot. There will be no refund or transfer of PlayCash, BP, Weapons, Gears and Packages in the affected account.
2. INAPPROPRIATE NICKNAMES2.1 What is considered as an inappropriate nickname?
Nicknames that may imply meanings which make other players uncomfortable and/or offended; or harbor the intention of deceiving other players are considered inappropriate. For example, nicknames that:
• Impersonate Game Masters, Agents, Moderators and/or Other Characters
• Contain Sexual Context and/or Obscene Body Parts
• Consist Of Vulgarities Or Are Otherwise Offensive, and/or May Cause Confusion
• May Be Protected By Trademark Or Other Proprietary Rights Laws
• Have A Reference To Hacking Such As "Hack4fun", "LetsHack"
• Make No Sense Such As "1111nnnnn1111"
• Harbor The Intention To Confuse Via Letter Masking Such As "IoIip0O0Op", (I.E. Using "I"S For "L"S And Zeros For The Letter "O")
The administrator shall reserve the rights to change the nickname(s) in question without notice. Penalties applied will range from a temporary block to a PERMANENT BAN without appeal from BlackShot. There will be no refund or transfer of PlayCash, BP, Weapons, Gears and Packages in the affected account.
3. BAD GAME MANNERS3.1 What is considered as bad manners?
The usage of language or actions with the intention to deceive, or make other players uncomfortable, or become a nuisance to the BlackShot Online community are considered bad manners. This includes but is not limited to: -
• Usage of Vulgarities
• Malicious Flaming Of Other Players
• Discussion Of Sexual / Violent / Racist / Obscene Topics
• Advertising Of Illegal Or Malicious Websites / Programs
• Spamming Of Message
• Cursing And Swearing
• Threats Scamming Of Other Players' Account Info
• Harassment of Game Masters and PlayOne Asia staff in person or online via whisper, PM, or any other communication channel including social media such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
• Harassment of the Scouter Team in person or online via whisper, PM, or any other communication channel including social media such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
We aim to create a pleasant gameplay environment for the BlackShot Online community. As such, players who are caught misbehaving in-game will be penalized.
Players who are guilty of engaging in misbehavior in the game, the administrator reserves the rights to ban his/her PlayOne Asia BlackShot account temporarily. During the temporary ban period, there will be no refund or transfer of PlayCash, BP, Weapons, Gears and Packages in the affected account. Depending upon the severity of the situation and whether there have been repeated offences, a PERMANENT BAN without appeal from BlackShot can be levied. PlayOne Asia will not entertain requests for refunds or transfers of PlayCash, BP, Weapons, Gears and Packages in the affected account.
4. PLAYER ACCOUNT SECURITY
Players are responsible for ensuring that their accounts are secured at all times. Players must ensure that no one else knows their Account ID, Password, the email address used to register a PlayOne Asia and BlackShot account, and the final verified email address related to their PlayOne Asia and BlackShot Account.
The BlackShot Customer Services Team reserves the right to refuse to provide support/assistance to players who have an unverified email address on their BlackShot account.
All of the violations listed below can and will be penalized in accordance with Section 5 of this Policy depending upon their severity (Minor to Major) and whether or not the accused is a repeat offender. The violations listed below apply to both in game and the support ticket/customer support ticket system. The violations listed below is NOT a complete list of all possible violations that can occur, any other violations that occur will be judged and penalized on a case-by-case basis, unless otherwise specified in Section 6.
In severe cases, a Permanent Ban can be levied with immediate effect. Please note that PlayOne Asia reserves the right to apply any penalty that it deems appropriate to any given situation/violation.
Flooding is when a player type messages repeatedly on screen to the point that it disrupts normal conversations between other players and the game as well. This can bother or harass other players or draw useless attention to one's self.5.1.2 Event Disruption (Minor Offense)
Game Masters run different game events daily. Players who disrupt these events (continuously messaging a GM, being in a zone they have been asked not to be in, harassing participants, etc.) will be subject to penalties.5.1.3 False Reporting (Minor to Major Offense)
Reporting false information such as presenting yourself as a hack victim to profit from this action is illegal. This also applies to giving false information about others players to get them into trouble or continuously accusing other players of non-factual information. False reporting also refers to attempts:
• To manipulate your account to file false compensation claims.
• To claim prizes/rewards/compensation that you do not legally have a right to claim
Swearing is using curse words or profane words in any language that can be seen by any other player. Although we have implemented a program to filter the use of swear words during the game some players may find ways to get around this with the use of other characters or symbols. Remember not everybody is the same. Each has their own creed, religion, race and personal culture and what is okay with you and your peers may not be okay for them.5.1.5 Vulgarity (Minor to Major Offense)
Vulgarity is the use of lewd and indecent words in character names, guild names and messages. This game has players of all ages and such words whether sexually implicit or not may be considered inappropriate for them. It is also considered vulgar to use letters, numbers and symbols to create graphics that are sexually implicit. Insulting other players occurs when a player or group of players uses vulgarity or swear words against another player or party for any particular reason. It is the use of insults in order to degrade another or hurt their feelings. Some comments do not necessarily have to contain swear words to be insulting to a person. Player remarks can be hateful, degrading, racist, and very discriminatory.5.1.6 Verbal Threats of Physical Violence (Major Offense)
We do not tolerate threatening of other players with challenges that result in violent outcomes. These include fights, shooting, stabbing, killing and threats to seek and beat up other players out of the game/in real life.5.1.7 Harassing of PlayOne Staff, Employees, and Support Personnel
220.127.116.11 Game Masters (Major Offense)
Harassment of Game Masters or other PlayOne Asia employees such as BlackShot Agents and staff is a punishable offense. Harassment includes booting PlayOne Asia employees out of the game room or spamming via in game chat or whisper messages. This also includes the spamming of support tickets to Game Masters for the same issue, or for an issue which has already been resolved/answered. Game Masters may issue a verbal or written warning via in game chat or whisper message or by replying your support ticket before issuing penalties to the offending party. The penalties to be levied will depend upon the nature of the harassment which can escalate to a PERMANENT BAN.18.104.22.168 Scouter Team (Major Offense)
Harassment of Scouter Team (Scouters) is a punishable offense. Harassment includes booting or spamming via in game chat or whisper messages. This also includes the spamming Scouters via Facebook and other social media channels and communications channels/media/methods for the same issue, or for an issue which has already been resolved/answered. Scouters support the efforts of Game Masters and other PlayOne Asia staff and DO NOT have decision/command authority regarding the enforcement or lifting of account bans, sales, promotions, and refunds. The penalties to be levied will depend upon the nature of the harassment which can escalate to a PERMANENT BAN.5.1.8 PlayOneAsia / Blackshot Employee Impersonation (Major Offense)
This occurs when a player pretends to be a Game Master or employee of PlayOne Asia (including BlackShot Agents/Specialists) in order to extract personal information, account information such as username and password, in-game currency, or game items from another player. This is a form of scamming and will not be tolerated by game management.5.1.9 Illegal Trading (Major Offense)
Illegal Trading is when another player sells or buys PlayOne Asia accounts/clans or any items in exchange for real money. This also includes the trading of items that represent any money value such as prepaid cards. Trading in-game items for real money, game load, prepaid load, or any other property outside of the game is strictly prohibited. Illegal trading will not be honored as a valid excuse reason for acquiring items, if the items were reported missing, the account will be held liable for account hacking, if the item is illegal, the account will be blocked accordingly.5.1.10 Sharing Accounts/Second Owners/Second Users (Major Offense)
Account sharing is prohibited and PlayOne Asia will not provide any assistance for any accounts that have been bought, sold or otherwise traded in any manner.
PlayOne Asia reserves the right to refuse to provide assistance to players where an account or accounts are suspected of being or have been shared.
In addition, PlayOne Asia may take action (suspension, block, etc.) against this kind of activity and related accounts in accordance with the seriousness of the case which can range from a minor to major offence. This includes a PERMANENT Ban.
Account hacking is accessing another characters account in order to use/sell weapons, gears, items and PlayCash, delete the character, or obtain personal information about the character or about the player.5.1.12 Game Hacking / Use of Illegal Third Party Programs (Major Offense)
Third party programs are programs that are used in order to change or modify the game client. This includes wall hacks, tapping hacks, speed hacks, duplicating programs, key loggers (any form) and cheat engines that may edit game modifiers or character stats. It is illegal to advertise or distribute any third party programs inside and outside the game, as well as advertising fake websites. Please refer to Section 1 of this Policy for more details.5.1.13 Assisting Hack User / Illegal Third Party Program User (Minor - Major Offense)
Accomplice/assistance of hack/illegal third party program users are subjected for punishment in benefiting from the main hack user. It is the user's responsibility to inform the hack user to stop his illegal activity or choose to leave the game room to not be considered as accomplice.5.1.14 Game Fixing / Flagging (Major Offense)
Flagging/Farming in BlackShot terms, is not allowed and strongly discouraged amongst players. Game Fixing includes killing players repeatedly who aren't moving or are Away From Keyboard (AFK), as well as taking turns to flag without any actual combat on-going in a Team Flag Match (TFM) or “Free killing” in a 1v8 scenario.5.1.15 Game Fixing / Flagging - Clan Match (Major Offense)
Flagging/Farming in BlackShot terms, is not allowed and strongly discouraged amongst clans. Game Fixing includes killing players repeatedly who aren't moving or are Away From Keyboard (AFK), as well as taking turns to flag without any actual combat on-going. Fixing game wins in terms of exchanging win or lose with another clan.5.1.16 Game Bug / Glitch Exploitation (Major Offense)
Bugs in the game should always be reported to BlackShot Game Masters / Agents as soon as they discovered the bug. The management shall reserve the rights to penalize those players who abuse the bugs for personal gain. A very good example is crate, box or ladder glitching.5.1.17 Scamming (Major Offense)
Scamming in BlackShot is not allowed. Scamming includes providing players with 3rd party links with promises of PlayCash, any weapons, items or gears, and so forth. This includes obtaining player’s PlayOne Asia Username and password for your own personal benefits though underhand methods.5.2 GAME LAUNCHER BAN CODES.
BlackShot Players who have been found guilty of violating the conditions of use outlined in this Policy will face the penalties as outlined in Section 6 of this policy. Notification of penalty being applied to your account can be found on the Game Launcher OR the in game Character Selection Screen. A summary of the ban codes, violations and the penalty that could be levied against a player’s account are show below: -

PlayOne Asia reserves the right to apply any punishment it deems appropriate for any violations of the terms and conditions stated in this Abuse Policy.
PlayOne Asia reserves the right to apply any punishment it deems appropriate for situations that are not covered by the terms and conditions stated in this Abuse Policy. This includes immediate application of Permanent Bans to any account found to be violating the terms and conditions stated in this Abuse Policy for ANY INFRACTION.
PlayOne Asia is not required to submit any evidence/proof to players whose accounts have been penalized, temporarily suspended, blocked or permanently banned.
A 3 (THREE) Day Ban. During the ban period, there will be no refund or transfer of PlayCash, BP, Weapons, Gears and Packages in the affected account. Customer Support will also be unavailable for the duration of the Ban.
A 7 (SEVEN) Day Ban. During the ban period, there will be no refund or transfer of PlayCash, BP, Weapons, Gears and Packages in the affected account. Customer Support will also be unavailable for the duration of the Ban.
A 14 (FOURTEEN) Day Ban. During the ban period, there will be no refund or transfer of PlayCash, BP, Weapons, Gears and Packages in the affected account. Customer Support will also be unavailable for the duration of the Ban.
A 30 (THIRTY DAY) Day Ban. During the ban period, there will be no refund or transfer of PlayCash, BP, Weapons, Gears and Packages in the affected account. Customer Support will also be unavailable for the duration of the Ban.
A Permanent Ban without appeal from BlackShot without refund or transfer of PlayCash, BP, Weapons, Gears and Packages in the affected account. Customer Support will also be unavailable for the duration of the Ban.6.3. Penalties for Specific Violations -
6.3.1 Specific Match Fixing/ Flagging: -
• De-rank to 60% of current EXP
• De-rank to 60% of current Weapon Mastery
• Reset Character (Kill/Death) Ratio
• Additional 1,000 on Deaths added to Character (Kill/Death) Ratio
• De-ranking of all Weapon Masteries to Rookie 4th
• Reset Character (Kill/Death) Ratio
• Additional 1,000 on Deaths added to Character (Kill/Death) Ratio
• Permanent ban without appeal from BlackShot without refund or transfer of PlayCash, BP, Weapons, Gears and Packages in the affected account.
6.4.1 First Offense: -
• Reset Clan win/lose/draw record to 0/0/0.
• First Offense penalties maybe applied subject to the situation
• Clan disbandment and deletion without appeal
The BlackShot Team reserves the right to levy additional penalties against individual clan members involved in Match Fixing/Flagging. This includes all penalties up to and including a PERMANENT BAN without refund or transfer of PlayCash, BP, Weapons, Gears and Packages in the affected account.
• De-ranking of all Weapon Masteries to Rookie 4th
• Permanent Ban from BlackShot.
• Additional 1,000 on Deaths added to Character Kill/Death Ratio
If your account is permanent banned, the PlayOne Asia BlackShot Team reserves the right to refuse to: -
• Entertain any appeals regarding the lifting/reversal/ending of a permanent ban
• Transfer or refund PlayCash within the banned account
• Transfer BP within the banned account to another account
• Transfer weapons, gears, and other items within the banned account to another account
Please note that in all matters where sanctions/penalties are applied to a player’s account, PlayOne Asia is under NO OBLIGATION to: -
• Provide any proof/evidence/videos/screenshots/images.
• Provide customer service or support to accounts that have been temporarily or permanently banned
• Change (lift/reverse) any applied penalties that have already been applied to an account
7. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT7.1 Inventory Management.
Players are responsible for the status of their in game storage. Should a player’s storage be filled to maximum capacity, Players must manually delete BP weapons, gears and items from their inventory to create the necessary space for prizes from Gachapon Boxes, Lucky Draw Boxes and Lucky Draw Box Mini, as well as newly purchased and awarded weapons, gears and items. Please note that you must maintain a MINIMUM of 16 (SIXTEEN) open storage slots for you to be able to open any lucky draw boxes and Gachapon boxes as well as equip various weapons, items and gears.
PlayOne Asia will not:-
• Extend/expand/upgrade storage capacity.
• Delete items from the players’ storage.
Please note that PlayOne Asia WILL NOT compensate players for any BP or PlayCash Weapons, Gears and Items deleted in this fashion (i.e. by the player).
Please report missing items from storage/winning of events and/or competitions within Seven (7) Days. Otherwise we will not be able to assist you in recovering the lost/missing items. For Lucky Draw Box, Mini-Lucky Drawbox and all Gachapon related items, players must be able to provide: -
1. Where the item originated (Gachapon, lucky draw box, etc)
2. The full name of the item and its duration (e.g. (CheyTac Azure for 10 days”)
3. The exact date that the item was won
4. Whether they already have the same item in their inventory
5. A Screenshot of your PURCHASE history clearing showing transaction ID and Account ID.
Please note that PlayOne Asia WILL NOT compensate players for any missing BP or PlayCash Weapons, Gears and Items, competition rewards and compensation that is not reported within Seven (7) Days.
BlackShot allows players to send weapons, gears and other items to each. Pease note that is the players own responsibility to ensure that they are sending the correct weapon/item/gear to the correct player. PlayOne Asia will not provide refunds or transfer items that have been sent in error from one player to another. This applies to all player accounts.
Question and concerns regarding PlayCash will only be entertained if the following conditions are met: -
• The player can provide a valid transaction ID with a SCREENSHOT of the PLAYCASH HISTORY showing the relevant transaction.
• The player contacts the BlackShot Customer Services team with SEVEN (7) Days from the date of purchase/top up.
If you are unable to locate a valid transaction ID in your PlayCash top-up history, please contact the PAYMENT/Top up Service Provider to follow up. Once they have confirmed the purchase, they will contact PlayOne Asia with the appropriate information to facilitate the top-up of your account.
In the event that a player’s account is proven by investigation to have been hacked, compensation for lost/stolen/PlayCash used by the hacker(s) will be compensated with in game items of equivalent value to the amount of lost/stolen/PlayCash. There will be NO REFUND or compensation in the form of PlayCash.
9.COMPENSATION FOR SERVICE DISRUPTION (DDoS, SERVER DOWN / FORCE MAJURE)
You agree and acknowledge that PlayOne Asia IS NOT required or legally bound to provide any compensation or refund of BP and PlayCash, weapons, gears, or any other virtual good purchased within the BlackShot Store in the event of a service disruption.
In the event that Compensation PlayCash, Weapons, Items or Gears are made available to players and a player does not receive the compensation, Players must submit a support ticket with SEVEN (7) Days of issuance of the Compensation Notice. Any support tickets received AFTER this time period will not be entertained.
Compensation PlayCash, Weapons, Items or Gears have a LIMITED duration, after which they will expire and removed from the players account. PlayOne Asia reserves the right to choose the expiration date of said compensation. Compensation not used before expiration will not be further replaced or compensated.
To facilitate account recovery, please ensure that you have VERIFIED the email address for your PlayOne Asia Account. Please keep this email information private and confidential to increase the security of your account
Accounts which have been hacked without a verified email address are almost impossible to recover and PlayOne Asia is not liable or responsible for account loss in this fashion. Please note that no compensation will be given with regards to lost PlayCash, weapons, gears and other items that are in the account.
